A person has been arrested following the invention of two improvised explosive units in a northwest London flat.

The 48-year-old was detained at a residential deal with in north London on suspicion of an offence opposite to part four of the Explosives Substances Act 1883.

He was taken to a south London police station the place he stays in custody.
