CORINTH, N.Y. — Police say an upstate New York girl was killed in an obvious accident when a shot discharged as her husband was cleansing his gun.

New York state police say 34-year-old Ashley Rosenbrock was shot Thursday evening in her residence in Corinth. She was pronounced lifeless at Saratoga Hospital.

Police mentioned Saturday that Rosenbrock’s 35-year-old husband, Eric Rosenbrock, was “performing upkeep” on his legally owned handgun when it went off.

The investigation is ongoing and no fees have been filed.

The Submit-Star of Glens Falls experiences that Eric Rosenbrock is a science trainer within the Lake George college district and the daddy of three younger kids along with his spouse. The couple had an 18-month-old daughter who died from an an infection 5 years in the past.
